Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Management Trainee (Digital Technology): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication OR MCA
- Management Trainee (Research & Analysis): Postgraduate in Economics
- Management Trainee (Rajbhasa): PG Degree in Hindi / English, Check notification for details.
- Management Trainee (Legal): Graduate Degree in Law (LLB)
- Deputy Manager (Legal): LLB with 60% marks, preferably with 1 year of experience with relevant experience.
- Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer): Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI & Regular Graduation with relevant experience.
- Chief Manager (Compliance Officer): ACS (Company Secretary) with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
Age Limit (as on Feb 28, 2025)
- Management Trainee: Max 28 years (UR), 33 years (SC/ST), 31 years (OBC)
- Deputy Manager: Max 30 years (UR), 33 years (SC/ST)
- Chief Manager: Max 40 years

Salary & Benefits
- Management Trainees: ₹65,000/- per month (during training)
- Deputy Manager: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month + allowances
